Led by Ryan Kennedy, Manchester based project Horsebeach recently released their anticipated new album ‘Beauty And Sadness’.  In a recent interview with Gold Flake Paint the brand new album has been described as an ‘assertive document of the despair in your world falling apart around you and learning to find the positives in building something new.’

‘Experimenting with eerie ambience and the contexts of Japanese literature through the record, Kennedy embodies the notions of exploring new ventures amongst the warmly familiar structures that characterised the musicians wonderful earlier releases. Unquestionably intimate in sorrow yet warm with hopeful optimism, Horsebeach present another assured and completely understated record, Kennedy proving himself to be one of the most underrated songwriters once again.’ – Gold Flake Paint
