California-native Luis Vasquez is set to release his fourth album ‘Criminal‘, which is out February 2nd via Sacred Bones.

Now residing in Berlin, The Soft Moon sat down with Clash to talk about his new LP, the importance of solitude and music as catharsis. Read on Clash here.

Vasquez talks about the album:

“On this album, I really challenged myself in terms of the lyrics and vocals themselves. I think this was the first time where I actually had something to say. As I’m evolving as a songwriter and learning more and more about myself as time goes by it’s been a lot easier to put words behind my emotions. Things are becoming a little bit more clear in my head so I wanted to express that more verbally.” – Clash

The Soft Moon will be touring EU and will playing in London on 16/02. (See Tickets)
